What is the flat rate?

We will charge you $650.00 including GST (Sydney metro area only, other areas POA) to prepare, complete, file and serve your Online Divorce application. This price includes 1 attempted service fee.

The current court filing fee to file a Divorce application is $405.00 this is also payable by you when you return the signed application back to us.

If you would like one of solicitors to appear for you at the Divorce Hearing also then we will also do this at a flat rate of $550.00 including GST

There may also be some costs that apply to you in certain special circumstances, but we will give you a clear and written indication as to these if they happen to apply to you.


Online Divorce

On this site you are able to complete and submit an Online Divorce Application. This will be prepared by our qualified and professional solicitors and will be provided to you completed as per your instructions.

Our fees for this service are also guaranteed at a Flat Rate, no hidden extras, no hidden disbursements, all our terms and conditions are right here in black and white, so you know exactly how much you will have to pay

We note Divorce is covered by a federal jurisdiction, this means that no matter which state you are in you are able to use our services!


 

How does Online Divorce work?

Its very easy and simple to use. Once you submit your online application we will:

(a) Prepare a draft Divorce Application on your behalf;

(b)
Forward a copy back to you for your approval, and if accepted, execution;

(c)
File the application on your behalf once you have returned it to us with all necessary requirements ;

(e)
Serve a sealed copy of the Application on your spouse once it has been returned from the court (1 attempt on 1 address only included in this price);

(f)
File an Affidavit of service with the court on your behalf confirming the above;

(g)
Advise you as to the proposed hearing date of your application and provide you with sealed copies of all relevant documents;
